Large north-facing windows and living spaces allow natural heating during winter, while the butterfly roof promotes cross-flow ventilation cooling during summer. The roof has also been designed with ample space for solar installation.

Noise minimisation for the sleeping zones has been carefully considered with the inclusion of back-to-back storage diving the bedroom and living area. Separated sleeping and daytime zones mean that zoning can be implement for economical heating and cooling.

This design can be built with either a butterfly or gable roof to suit individual taste.
