3 Bed 2 Bath 2 Living
The Box house takes inspiration from mid-century Australian post-war architecture.
Rooms are arranged in an open format around a central kitchen which acts as the heart of the home with direct access to the meals area, two indoor living spaces and an outdoor terrace.
The economic open plan is free from long narrow corridors and unusable floor area instead promoting free flowing circulation from room to room. In most cases, spaces and rooms are divided and separated by joinery rather than walls providing plenty of built in storage.
The single storey box house would sit comfortably in a suburban context.
